Boy Abunda Asks Maris Racal over Claim She Didn’t Know Anthony Jennings was Taken
MARIS RACAL – King of Talk Boy Abunda has one question for the actress which is about her request to Anthony Jennings to delete their messages.
The issue involving Anthony, Maris, and the actor’s girlfriend, Jamela Villanueva, have gained the social media attention. It started when the ex-GF of Anthony shared the private messages of the actor with Maris, his current loveteam partner.
Jamela Villanueva’s move has undeniably earned Anthony and Maris a lot of criticisms. Many people slammed the “betrayal” of the actor towards his 7-year girlfriend. Anthony and Jam were already together even before his showbiz career.
Based on the screenshots posted by Jam, she tried to understood the “method acting” wherein her then-boyfriend had to make Maris feel loved and cared for so they could do better on the screen. However, based on the conversation, there were other things that seemingly transpired between the two (2) celebrities.
Jam also shared a screenshot of Anthony’s opposing messages seemingly exposing his lies against his then-girlfriend about his whereabouts when he was actually with Maris. She also took to social media a screenshot of the actor’s messages pleading to her to spare Maris from destruction.
While the action of Jam Villanueva to post the screenshots of the private conversation between Anthony Jennings and Maris Racal sparked questions on the case that she might face, the two (2) celebrities earned bashing from the netizens. Many people also poked fun on the messages of Maris to Anthony based on the screenshot.
Maris Racal has broken her silence on the issue with Anthony Jennings and the actor’s ex-girlfriend. She stressed that she is really so embarrassed that her private conversation with the actor was exposed without her consent. According to her, she is really clingy when she falls in love.
Maris also claimed that Anthony told her and the people around them that he is single. She stressed that she has allegedly asked him the same thing several times and pleaded to announce his status with Jam so she can be finally spared from the waves of bashing.
However, the said claim of Maris Racal has gained the attention of many people including King of Talk Boy Abunda. In his show, the legendary talk show host stresssed that there is one hold that he found in her statement.
“May isa lang sabit sa akin, may isang butas lang doon sa statement. Noong sinabi mong wala kang kaalam-alam, meron kayong exchange ng text messages ni Anthony, na ‘Delete tayo.’ ‘Can you delete screenshots and messages?’ Sagot ni Anthony ‘Alam mo hindi pa naman ako nagde-delete,'” Boy Abunda said.
The King of Talk also stressed that there was a line in the conversation of Maris Racal and Anthony Jennings which stated that they don’t anymore have to hide someday. According to Boy, as an audience and a commentator, he really questions the said line in the conversation of the two (2) celebrities if she claims of having no knowledge that the actor and Jam Villanueva are still together.
Meanwhile, Boy admitted that he felt Maris in the interview and he wishes her best as she is a friend who is probably in one of the lowest points of her life now. The King of Talk also expressed admiration for the bravery of the actress.
“‘Yun lamang po, but ako’y humahanga roon sa bravery ni Maris,” Boy Abunda said.
When she broke her silence, Maris Racal also admitted that she was not telling the truth about her and Anthony Jennings when she confirmed her breakup with Rico Blanco. Then, the actress claimed that Anthony was out of the picture regarding her separation with the singer-songwriter with whom she has a huge age gap.
