ABS-CBN Christmas ID 2024 spreads love, joy, and hope.
Many hearts were touched as ABS-CBN Christmas ID 2024 was finally released and shared love, joy, and hope with everyone.
“This year, gaya ng dati, ayaw natin na tungkol sa atin ang station ID. Tungkol ito sa mga karaniwang tao na may magagandang kwento. Talagang ‘di natin mapigilan ma-honor ang mga kuwento nila. Lalo na ngayon, sunod-sunod ang bagyo, so hino-honor natin ang mga Pilipino na lumalaban sa anumang bagyo ng buhay.”
This is what ABS-CBN Head of Creative Communication Management Robert Labayen said as he talked about this year’s Christmas station ID of ABS-CBN. Labayen is the creative storyteller behind the songs over the past years and just like always, they featured ordinary people with extraordinary and inspiring stories.
The video featured the stories of breadwinners who were honored by It’s Showtime hosts. Their hard work and sacrifices are appreciated and never go unnoticed. Stars of “Saving Grace” such as Sharon Cuneta, Julia Montes, Sam Milby, and others highlighted the story of Zoe, who, at such a young age, is bravely battling cancer.
“Lavender Fields” star Jodi Sta. Maria, a fur parent, focused on the story of Tatay Carlo who found his forever home and family with his dogs. His story went viral online and many were touched by the old man’s unconditional love to his four-legged companions.
ABS-CBN superstar Kathryn Bernardo shared the story of April, the viral Alopecia warrior whose story in It’s Showtime caught attention and touched many. April met the cast of “It’s Okay Not To Be Okay” such as Anne Curtis, Joshua Garcia, and Carlo Aquino.
Mang Nanie’s story and his mission to spread learning through the books he carries also shine. Daniel Padilla and other “Incognito” stars expressed appreciation for the soldiers who put their lives in line to serve and protect the people and the country – a selfless service.
Many other stories were featured that really shine because of the love, hope, and joy people can get from them.
Some of ABS-CBN’s brightest stars recorded the song such as Anne Curtis, Sarah Geronimo, Ogie Alcasid, Martin Nievera, Gary Valenciano, Angeline Quinto, Erik Santos, Yeng Constantino, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Kim Chiu, Darren Espanto, Bamboo, Regine Velasquez, Piolo Pascual, and Coco Martin.
