BONGBONG MARCOS – The Philippine President revealed that U.S. President-elect Donald Trump asked for his mother, Imelda, during their phone call.

U.S. President Joe Biden is about to end his term as the country’s chief executive. The leadership of the United States of America will be taken by former U.S. Pres. Donald Trump. He was the country’s 45th chief executive and he is set to make a rare occurrence of a former president coming back to the White House.

U.S. Vice Pres. Kamala Harris conceded in the presidential race with Donald Trump. There were several other presidential candidates but Trump and Harris, the Republicans’ and Democrats’ bets, respectively, had the tight match for the presidency.

Trump won several of the swing states in U.S. He got Pennsylvania and Michigan and the votes of the people in Wisconsin helped him reach the 270 electoral votes needed to notch the presidency.

Ahead of the ending of the counting of votes, U.S. Vice Pres. Kamala Harris called on U.S. former Pres. Donald Trump and conceded in the race. She also congratulated him and she and Biden assured a smooth transfer of power.

Several other national leaders also called to congratulate Trump on his successful bid for a return to the White House. Philippine Pres. Bongbong Marcos also congratulated Trump and said that he already met the U.S. Former President before.

Recently, Pres. Bongbong Marcos and U.S. President-elect Donald Trump were also able to talk over the phone. Based on a report on GMA News, Marcos Jr. revealed that his mother, former First Lady Imelda Marcos, is really the one who is a friend of Trump.

“Kilalang-kilala niya ‘yung mother ko. Kinukumusta niya, ‘How is Imelda?’ Sabi ko, binabati ka nga,” the President said.

According to Pres. Bongbong Marcos, he and U.S. President-elect Donald Trump talked about the alliance of the Philippines and the United States. Based on the report, Marcos Jr. said he expressed the country’s continuing desire to strengthen her relationship with U.S. He also told the U.S. President-elect that many Filipinos voted for Trump and he is confident that Trump will not forget it.

U.S. President-elect Donald Trump vowed to the Americans strict immigration rules. Trump recently confirmed that he is eyeing the use of the U.S. Military for the mass deportation of the undocumented migrants.

  1. Trump will be a better friend to the Filipino people than the democrats. I know many Filipinos voted for Trump because Democrats sponsor so much evil.
