Camille Villar shared things about her family
Congresswoman Camille Villar revealed the best and worst part of being a member of the famous Villar family.
Camille belongs to a very prominent family in the world of politics and business. Her mother is Senator Cynthia Villar and her father is former Senator Manny Villar. Camille’s brother is Senator Mark Villar.
Her family is prominent in the world of business as well. Manny Villar is the richest man in the Philippines from 2019 to 2023. The Villar family owns different businesses.
In a recent episode of the Kapuso afternoon talk show Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, Camille Villar was asked about the love advice she received from her brother Mark Villar. She said that the most memorable advice her brother gave to her was during her first heartbreak.
Camille said that she was devastated at that time but her brother told her not to go after the guy, to keep her pride intact, and to love herself first because this will make other people love her.
When asked how much of her as a parent was because of her mom and dad, she said that she is not sure about this but she hopes she got her parents’ best parts.
Then, the King of Talk asked his guest what she thinks is the best and worst part of being a Villar. Camille Villar said that the best part is everything, getting the love and support from her family.
Talking about the worst part, the congresswoman, who filed her certificate of candidacy as senator for the 2025 elections, said that it is being judged by other people. “I find myself constantly having to prove myself,” she said.
She explained that even though she works hard, displaying her determination to be successful and getting where she is now because of her own hard work, some people would still say that it is just because she is the daughter of Cynthia and Manny Villar.
