NBI Accompanies Sandro Muhlach in Filing Formal Complaint vs. Jojo Nones, Dode Cruz
SANDRO MUHLACH – The young actor admitted that he got drunk from drinking wine during the alleged incident.
The Muhlachs are determined to give justice to what was allegedly done to Sandro, the eldest son of Niño. Allegedly, he was taken advantage of by two (2) independent contractors of the GMA-7 network.
The said independent contractors of the Kapuso network were identified as Jojo Nones and Dode Cruz. The network has placed them under a preventive suspension amid the investigation on the issue after Sandro filed a complaint.
The Senate’s attention was also caught by the issue. The upper chamber has invited the camps involved into a hearing.
Sandro Muhlach skipped the first and second hearing set by the Senate regarding his issue with the GMA-7 independent contractors. Then, his camp explained that he was not ready to appear and talk about the issue.
Niño Muhlach cried during the first Senate hearing when he recalled how his son was allegedly shaking when he was telling him his claims. According to the actor, he was able to talk to Nones and Cruz in a private meeting and they apologized but they have to pay for what they allegedlly did.
During the second Senate hearing as they also ditched the first inquiry set by the upper chamber, Nones and Cruz denied all the allegations of Sandro against them. According to the GMA-7 contractors, admitted they apologized to Niño but stressed that they did nothing wrong against the actor’s son.
Recently, Sandro Muhlach joined the Senate hearing through a teleconference. During the interpellation, the young actor confirmed that he was drinking wine on the night when the alleged incident happened. Senator Jinggoy Estrada asked him how he felt.
“Tuloy tuloy ang pag-inom mo ng wine hanggat malasing ka. Nanghina ka ba?” Estrada said.
Sandro answered in the affirmative. He also revealed that he felt numb due to something that was given to him. The young actor was asked if the alleged incident happened after he lay down in bed but he asserted that he did not lay down.
“”Hindi po ako nag lie down. Hinila po ako sa bed,” the young actor said.
Sandro Muhlach revealed that it was Jojo Nones who pulled him to bed. It took him 10 days before he was able to speak about what allegedly happened to him. Sandro has filed a complaint against Jojo Nones and Dode Cruz before the DOJ.
