Lady Customer Calls Out Popular Fast-Food Chain Over Alleged Undercooked Fried Chicken

Recently, Nemelanie Masalunga, a Facebook user, expressed her disappointment after receiving undercooked fried chicken from the restaurant. Her post quickly went viral, sparking various reactions from netizens.
Nemelanie’s post included photos showing the fried chicken with cooked breading but raw, white meat inside. The photos clearly displayed that while the outside was crispy, the chicken remained uncooked on the inside.
In her post, Nemelanie explained that she initially received fried chicken wings that were noticeably undercooked, with the skin appearing pale and uneven. She requested a replacement, hoping for better quality.
Unfortunately, the new leg part she received also had the same issue. When she peeled off the breading, the chicken inside was still not properly cooked, making it inedible.
