Sandro Muhlach is now healing but he continues his legal battle
Actor-model Sandro Muhlach describes his healing journey after allegedly being a victim of s*xual assault in 2024.
The r@pe through s*xual assault case filed by Sandro against two former GMA 7 independent contractors is still being heard. Sandro received support from his loved ones, celebrities and fans while he was going through this tough time in his life.
Amidst his continued fight for the justice he longs for, the son of actor Niño Muhlach shared that he is gradually recovering from the alleged abuse he experienced.
Sandro Muhlach can now say that he is getting better two years after that dreadful incident for him, based on the article in Bandera.
“I’m better than I was before kasi I think parang yun nga, I have my freedom na and I can go wherever I want. Pero the case kasi is still ongoing. So I’m still waiting kasi dire-diretso pa rin naman yung hearing namin. Pero ngayon, getting, getting, getting better,” the actor-model shared.
Sandro also shared that he has completed his therapy. This helped him a lot because it made him realize that his life doesn’t end after that incident. He also pointed out that he still has a lot to go through at his age.
The actor also said that through this, he realized that his family is always with him. His family, led by his dad, was behind him amid the legal battle.
Regarding his recovery and healing journey, the actor said, “I don’t say na fully, but more aware sa mga tao na nakasama ko.”
However, Sandro Muhlach said that he wants to get through all of this, and he wanted that “Sandro” who believes he can do everything, would be back.
Meanwhile, the actor said that it was a great experience for him to recently attend a fashion event for a local clothing and underwear brand. He shared that his decision to audition was out of nowhere. Sandro just finished his contract and he considered auditioning, and then he got in.
