Delivery Rider Eats Customer’s Food Without Permission
DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER – A delivery rider goes viral and elicits reactions online for eating his customer’s food without permission.
An entrepreneur from Noida, India named Aman Birendra Jaiswal had an unpleasant experience with an Ola Foods delivery rider. The incident has stirred quite a bit of attention online.
Aman had ordered food and was informed by the delivery rider that it would be arriving shortly. However, he ended up waiting for a long 45 minutes before the rider finally claimed to be near the parking area.
When Aman reached the location, he was shocked to find the delivery rider casually eating the food he had ordered. The rider was even accompanied by another delivery person. Aman confronted the rider, only to be met with an indifferent response.
Despite Jaiswal’s attempts to address the situation, the rider remained unresponsive and continued to eat the food.
Before this incident, the delivery rider had requested an additional 10 rupees (around P10) for the delivery. Although Aman initially refused, he eventually agreed to the extra charge. This amount was over and above the delivery fee he had already paid through Ola Foods.
Despite the extra payment, the customer was left waiting and ultimately found his food being consumed by the rider.

As of this writing, there has been no response or action from Ola Foods regarding the complaint. This situation has left many questioning the reliability of food delivery services and their commitment to customer satisfaction.
