Jake Cuenca and Chie Filomeno talked about the projects they would do
Celebrity couple Jake Cuenca and Chie Filomeno are not bothered doing intimate scenes with other onscreen partners.
Jake and Chie chose to have a low-key relationship. They chose not to talk about how they started as a couple and the details surrounding their romance. However, they are very vocal about their support for each other.
In a recent interview, based on the article in The Philippine Star, the celebrity couple said that they does not mind working with other actors and actresses for certain projects.
Chie Filomeno said that this is work and it’s no problem for them being paired with others. She also said that Jake Cuenca does not restrict her from doing intimate scenes.
“No restrictions, but if the script asks for it, we’ll do it,” the actress said. Jake also said that he does not hinder Chie from this kind of project and he does not mind working with other artists as well.
Meanwhile, back in September 2023, Jake revealed that he and Chie shared a past together and they happened to have the chance to reconnect. The actor shared that he and Chie became close when the latter joined It’s Showtime’s all-girl group. They dated back then but unfortunately, this did not flourished.
They reconnected in 2022 during the Christmas Ball of Star Magic and from that Jake started to pursue Chie again and this time around, a strong relationship bloomed between them.
In a much earlier interview, Chie debunked the allegation that she was Jake’s rebound girl. They reconnected after the actor’s much-talked-about breakup with actress Kylie Verzosa. She said that Jake is already matured and he knows if he is ready to enter into a new relationship already after a breakup.
