THE EDDYS AWARDS 2024 – Here is a complete list of nominees in the 7th The Eddys awards by the Society of Philippine Entertainment Editors.

Every year, there are several film award-giving bodies that give out recognitions to actors, actresses, producers, and many others in the filmmaking industry for their brilliant works. One of these entities is the Society of Philippine Entertainment Editors which is behind The Eddys.

The Eddys is giving out awards in the Philippines for seven years now. The Society of Philippine Entertainment Editors give out awards to local actors and actresses, filmmakers, writers, and producers to motivate them to continue pushing on their craft of creating films that show the realities in the society.

This July 7, the 7th The Eddys or The Eddys Awards 2024 will be held at the Ceremonial Hall of the Marriott Grand Ballroom in Pasay City. Aside from the awards to the winners for each category, the Society of Philippine Entertainment Editors is also set recognize the veteran actors and actresses.

Veteran actors and actresses Nova Villa, Leo Martinez, Lito Lapid, Gina Alajar, and Eva Darren will be honored at The Eddy’s event. The late comic strip creator Carlo J. Caparas will also be given a tribute at the film award-giving event.
