Recently, a male thief was arrested after stealing an e-bike near the North Reclamation Area in Brgy. Carreta, Cebu City. The electronic vehicle is reportedly owned by a couple who checked in a motel.
The suspect was caught in the garage of one of the motel rooms he entered. The couple immediately reported it to the authorities, leading to the suspect’s arrest. The latter was jailed after committing theft.
