In a post, Andi Eigenmann clarified the rumors circulating about her and her partner.
ANDI EIGENMANN – The Siargao-based vlogger was surprised to see the “separated” rumors about her and Philmar Alipayo.
The recent trip abroad of Andi Eigenmann is Japan along with her paternal half-brother, Gabby Eigenmann, and their children. On her social media account, the Siargao-based vlogger shared some photos from their trip and people online noticed the absence of Philmar Alipayo in that trip.
The supposed to be relaxing trip turned out to be a stressful one as many people online made an assumption that went viral. She discovered about this and she was immediately blown away.
In the viral rumor, she and Philmar have separated and what triggered this is the latter’s absence in their Japan trip. She wrote in an Instagram story:
“I literally just went on a vacation with my brother and our kids, and come home to find out, through the internet, that i’ve just been separated.”
She stressed the absurdity of gossips that circulates online which many people also believe without any factual basis. In another post, she also discussed what people think about her grieving period over the passing of her mother Jaclyn Jose.
This was so insensitive as “the internet didn’t seem to like that she was grieving the loss of her nanay”. The insensitivity was when some people online accused her of faking her sadness. That her sadness is because of being a “divorcee” despite not being married yet and not because of being an “orphan”.
In a previous article, Andi and Philmar postpone their wedding due to unfortunate incidents that happened like the passing of her mother. They are planning to tie the knot this year but decided to hold it for now. To recall, the couple got engaged in 2020.
