Pia Wurtzbach Prohibited From Responding To Question Regarding Heart Evangelista
PIA WURTZBACH – Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach was prohibited from answering to question regarding actress Heart Evangelista.
Two Filipino women are making significant strides in the global fashion scene: former Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach and actress-socialite Heart Evangelista. During Milan Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2024, they stood out as two of the most impactful figures, as evidenced by their Media Impact Values (MIV).
Pia secured the second spot on the celebrity list, amassing an impressive $5.4 million (around Php 303.5 million), while Heart followed closely in third place with an MIV of $3.6 million (approximately Php 202.3 million).
According to an influencer marketing platform associated with The Independents Group, Pia Wurtzbach was recognized as one of the “Most Visible Influencers,” ranking sixth on the list. However, online chatter suggests there’s tension brewing between the two.
The discord seemingly began when Pia enlisted Heart’s former glam team for her fashion events, igniting rumors of betrayal amid reports of a fallout between Heart and her former team.
During a recent interview with Pia following her participation in L’Oreal Paris’ “Sayang? No, I’m worth it” campaign launch in Manila, where she served as one of the endorsers, Philstar.com attempted to ask about her alleged rivalry with Heart Evangelista. However, Pia’s representatives intervened, forbidding any questions regarding Heart.

Despite the restriction, Pia Wurtzbach remained silent and simply smiled when the query was blocked. During her speech at the event, Pia subtly addressed the criticisms she faces, hinting at her emerging role as a fashion influencer amidst remarks suggesting she should stick to being a beauty queen.
“May mga bago na naman akong naririnig, ‘Hindi ka bagay d’yan. Beauty queen ka lang. Stay in your lane. Sayang ka,” she said.
