LOTTO BOOTH FRANCHISE REQUIREMENTS – Here are the requirements set by the PCSO for the interior and exterior of the lotto outlet.

Many people are making a living through operating a lotto outlet or booth. It must be under the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office or more popularly called PCSO, the lotto-operating body in the country.

Are you interested to apply for a franchise of a lotto outlet? It is open for qualified individuals, partnerships, and corporations who can submit the documentary requirements set by the PCSO.

Aside from the qualifications and the documentary requirements, it is important to know that there are also lotto booth franchise requirements that the interior and exterior of the lotto outlet must comply with. Once you are done with all the initial steps and has passed the screening, you will receive the Notice of Approval from the PCSO and must proceed with the next step.

After receiving the Notice of Approval from the PCSO, within 15 days, you must submit photos of the interior and exterior of the constructed lotto booth that show compliance to the requirements set by the lotto-operating body.

Here are the Lotto Booth Franchise requirements for the interior and exterior of the outlet:

  • dry floor space with proper ventilation
  • floor space is at least 2m x 2m. Business counters measuring at least 36” x 24”
  • with at least one (1) wireless, fixed landline telephone OR cellphone for hotline operation use
  • must be enclosed and must be facing the direction of human traffic/entry
  • frontage must face the main hallway/corridor or to the direction of major traffic flow
  • outlets located within a commercial building or complexes, with 24-hour security, Lotto/Keno booths need not be enclosed
  • one (1) set of Personal Computer with a minimum 21-inch colored LED/LCD monitor to display drawing of on-line winning numbers

Aside from submitting the photos that show compliance to the post-approval requirements set by the PCSO, you also need to pay the Installation Fee of Php 10,000. After it, you need to post the cash bond or file the surety bond to the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS).
