If you are one (1) of the members of the Pag-IBIG Fund, it is best to know that there are a lot of loans that you may qualify to apply for. The government-run entity which has been in the service of the Filipino people for more than 30 years now offers a Calamity Loan.

The Calamity Loan offer was designed to help the members during times when a natural disaster like a typhoon or an earthquake has left their place of residence in a State of Calamity. A natural disaster can cause the loss of a source of living.

In applying for the offer, there are Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan requirements that you must prepare. The list of documents required by the Fund depends if the filer of the loan is the Pag-IBIG member or an authorized representative of the member.

If the loan application will be filed by the Pag-IBIG member, here are the documents that must be submitted to the Fund:

  • duly-accomplished Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan Form 2023
  • at least two valid IDs
  • Declaration of being affected by the calamity (for formally employed members)
  • Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card
  • proof of income

In case the loan application will be filed by the company or the HR representative of the company where you work, you need to prepare the following requirements and hand them to your HR representative:

  • duly-accomplished Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan Form 2023
  • at least two valid IDs
  • an Authorization Letter
  • Declaration of being affected by the calamity (for formally employed members)
  • Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card
  • proof of income
