Lolit Solis shared a write-up about Andrea Brillantes
Kapamilya actress Andrea Brillantes received praise from veteran showbiz writer Lolit Solis.
Andrea was one of the most controversial celebrities in 2023. Her breakup with basketball player Ricci Rivero became a trending topic on social media. The young actress did not directly address the issue but she had some intriguing posts amid the issue.
Then, Andrea was dragged into the breakup issue between Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla. It was alleged that the Senior High actress was the third party.
Andrea Brillantes received bashing online, she was blamed for the KathNiel breakup, and accused of different things. Just recently, the past issue between her and Francine Diaz was recalled because of the latter’s statement about “sinugod sa dressing room” rumors in her TikTok live.
However, her fans came to the rescue and defended her. Andrea also received positive words from Lolit Solis. In a recent article by the veteran showbiz writer in Pilipino Star Ngayon, Lolit praised the Kapamilya actress.
She said that she is fond of Andrea. “Yung mga ginagawa niya na shocking para sa iba, I find it cute. Very upfront siya, basta gusto niyang gawin, ginagawa niya,” the showbiz writer said.
Lolit also pointed out that Andrea is not like other showbiz personalities who are afraid to be criticized. She also liked how the actress would face the consequences of her doing. “Hindi siya duwag na itinatago ang ginagawa. Para sa kanya kung anuman gawin niya, paninindigan niya,” Lolit added.
The showbiz writer also said that Andrea has a natural courage and because of this, she is overshadowing other “prim and proper” personalities who appear to be “plastic” for her.
Lolit Solis also stressed that Andrea Brillantes has a manta of being honest to herself. She hoped that the actress would continue to be like this, as long as she was not doing bad things.
