Veteran showbiz personality Annabelle Rama expressed her gratitude to veteran showbiz writer Cristy Fermin because of this reason.

Annabelle has been the talk of the town these recent days because of her intriguing statement about the rumored breakup of her son actor Richard Gutierrez and actress Sarah Lahbati.

Richard and Sarah have been together for many years already but they just officially tied the knot in 2020. They are blessed with two sons Zion and Kai.

Richard Gutierrez’s mother, Annabelle Rama made intriguing revelations that sounded against her daughter-in-law. This did not sit well with many netizens as Sarah Lahbati received sympathy from the online community.

Despite the criticism that Annabelle received, she is thankful that there were people who defended her, like Cristy Fermin. In a social media post, based on the article in Newsko, the Gutierrez matriarch was happy that Cristy rallied behind her.

“Pag gising ko kaninang umaga maraming text ako natanggap at mga missed calls from my friends na tunay na nakaka kilala at nag mamahal sa akin. At sabi nila ay may maganda daw silang nabasa sa facebook na sinulat ng number one kong kalaban at pinagtatanggol ako this time. Di ako naniwala at baka kako fake news na naman at ginamit lang ang pangalan niya,” Annabelle wrote in her post.

Annabelle and Cristy had an issue in the past but apparently, this has been forgotten already as the latter shared good words about the former.

“Nang kumakain na kami, sinabi ng anak ko, na maganda raw ang sinulat ng nasabing reporter at ipinagtanggol ako, kako baka fake, kaya pina check ko sa PR ng Gutierrez family at na confirmed nga niya na legit iyon account at siya nga mismo ang sumulat,” Richard’s mom shared.

Annabelle also mentioned the 25-year conflict she had with Cristy. This reached a legal battle. However, Annabelle said that her heart got soft now for Cristy because she received support from the showbiz writer.

Cristy said that Annabelle did the right thing to defend his son amid the breakup issue with Sarah. With this, Annabelle Rama said, “Cristy, salamat sa maganda mong sinulat sa akin. Merry Christmas and Peace Be With You.”
