Annabelle Rama candidly made some statements about the rumored split of Sarah Lahbati and Richard Gutierrez and netizens reacted.
In 2022, Sarah Lahbati had this interview that caught much attention. In the interview, Sarah revealed that she calls Annabelle Rama “Tita A” or “Tita Annabelle”. It is not certain if she still calls her mother-in-law this way and despite this, they have quite a good relationship.
However, their relationship was seemingly caught in a compromised situation amid Sarah and Richard’s rumored separation.
It’s been months since the married couple posted something online about each other or with each other. Several things contributed to the assumptions of the public but just recently, the actor’s mother seemingly became candid in confirming their split.
Annabelle Rama’s statement and answers when asked were not direct but she did express that it is not yet the right time for the public to know the truth. Moreover, she was not allowed to speak or reveal something and this was also advised by their lawyers.
Annabelle spoke about her alleged involvement in the Sarah-Richard split as well. Her strong statement to rumormongers was:
“Mag enjoy sana ang buong mundo sa sasabihin kung kwento. Gigil na gigil na akong isiwalat ang katotohanan sa pangyayari pero wala akong magawa. Abangan ang susunod na kabanata.”
Her previous statement that intrigued many also appeared to be taking a swipe at the actress. She said, “Si Richard trabaho nang trabaho, ‘yung isa nagwawaldas ng pera. ‘Yun lang ang masasabi ko diyan.”
Many people reacted to that particular statement and some people sympathized with the actress. She understood her situation and considered her role as the actor’s wife.
Some people online cited that she was impregnated at 18 which made her put a stop to her career. She was among the most promising actresses of her batch. She had to flee as well and give birth to their first son.
