King of Talk Boy Abunda shared something about his emotional reunion with Queen of all Media Kris Aquino.
Boy and Kris have been friends for many years already. Their friendship went through a lot of challenges over the years. There was even a point that it was rumored that they had a falling out but Boy debunked this rumor.
Last October, Boy went to the United States and he was able to have a moment with one of his closest friends in the entertainment industry. Kris has been staying in the States for quite a while now for her medical treatment.
Through an Instagram post, Kris shared her heartwarming reunion with Boy. The female celebrity shared that Boy was getting emotional when she was telling him about her struggles when it comes to her health.
Based on the article in NewsKo, Boy Abunda admitted that he was teary-eyed during that reunion. “It was a happy, beautiful reunion,” the King of Talk said.
He also said that it was different seeing Kris in person. Boy said that he was really the one who cried. “I was emotional. Pinipigilan ko pong hindi umiyak pero naiyak po ako, na-miss ko si Kris,” the seasoned TV host shared.
The Fast Talk also shared that Bimby, the second son of Kris, said that he felt like he went back to his 4-year-old self when he saw his mother talking to one of her closest friends.
Then, Boy said this message to his friend, “Kris, pagaling ka. Gagawa tayo ng palabas.” He added that he is glad that Bimby is doing everything he can. Boy said that he is proud of Bimby for taking care of his mother while Josh’s assignment is to pray.
The King of Talk also shared that Kris Aquino will continue to stay in America for 15 to 18 months more. “Ang dahilan po noon ay dahil ‘yung meds na kailangan ni Kris ay available lamang doon. At saka ‘yung accessibility sa doctors ay kailangan po ‘yun,” he said.
