Joross Gamboa is part of the new DongYan movie
Actor Joross Gamboa shared photos taken during the first day of shooting of the movie featuring Kapuso royalties Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera.
Dingdong and Marian, known as the DongYan tandem, are set to have their big screen reunion. After taking a break for several years, the Kapuso Primetime Queen returns to acting.
One of the comeback projects that she has is the movie Rewind with her real-life partner. It is a movie titled Rewind and it is under Star Cinema.
In an Instagram post on September 22, Joross Gamboa expressed excitement about the chance to work with Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes.
He shared several photos taken during their shoot. It can be seen in one of the photos that veteran actress Coney Reyes is also one of the cast members. “Super sayang Cast,” Joross wrote.
The actor also shared that the Kapuso couple is making them fat. “Nakakatuwa kayong mag-asawa pinapataba niyo kami sa Shooting. excited na kami sa binabalot naming regalo sa inyo ngayong Pasko!” he enthused.
Joross also teased that even though people will keep on repeating their movie, they will definitely not feel “sawa.” The movie is one of the official entries in the Metro Manila Film Festival 2023 this coming December.
Dingdong also shared a post marking their first day of the shoot. The Kapuso Primetime King highlighted the fact that he is working with his real-life leading lady. “Day one with my ‘leading lady’ on and off-cam, alongside this incredibly talented, fun cast, in a film directed by Mae Cruz,” he wrote in the caption of his post.
Many fans expressed excitement about this new DongYan project. “The Best Loveteam and The Best Couple, ang #DongYan ngayon ag DongYans fans ay muling mabuhay. Yehey finally. Super excited na kmi,” one fan commented
