Chito Miranda talked about his fellow TVG coaches
Parokya ni Edgar vocalist Chito Miranda made revelations about his fellow The Voice Generations coaches Julie Anne San Jose and Stell Ajero.
Chito has ventured into different aspects of the entertainment industry. Previously, he was one of the judges of Idol Philippines for its second season. He was admired for his wit and his ability to share his years of experience with aspiring artists.
Now, he is one of the coaches of the TVG. In a previous statement, he revealed the reason why he accepted the TVG stint even though he initially did not want to do mainstream projects. In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, he shared stories about her fellow coaches.
Chito Miranda said that he calls Julie Anne San Jose “honor student.” “I cannot help but give her praise na, ‘tingnan mo ‘tong siraulong to galing talaga oh!’ And tawag ko nga sa kanya honor student, kasi during taping pinapakita niya talaga bakit siya professional,” the Parokya ni Edgar frontman said.
He also remembered the time when there was a part of Julie Anne’s song that was changed. Chito said that the Limitless Star even did an intense performance because of this. The band vocalist said that Julie Anne is indeed something and that she is really good.
When it comes to Stell Ajero, Chito said that he was already aware that he is part of SB19, and that he is one of the five members. During their first meeting, Chito shared that he heard the typical praise, “uy karangalan ko na makasama kayo,” from a younger artist.
However, as the taping progressed, Chito realized something. “Pero as time went by, habang nagte-taping nagpo-progress ‘yong taping, alam mo sinabi ko talaga sa kaniya, ‘Pare, ikaw ‘yong bubuhat ng show. Galing mo.’ Everything that he does is so funny or so sincere,” he said.
Chito Miranda also praised Stell Ajero’s humility and the maturity that he has even though he is not that old. “Parang hindi… alam mo ‘yung nagbigay sa ‘yo ng (payo) parang such a good friend when he talk. I just find him amazing!” he said.
