Kapuso actress Barbie Forteza had this reaction when asked about the praise that Megastar Sharon Cuneta gave to her and her loveteam partner David Licauco.
Barbie and David’s tandem, known as BarDa, received overwhelming support from fans. Even the actress’s real-life boyfriend actor Jak Roberto is supportive of their tandem. Jak was asked if he’s “nagselos,” he said in a previous interview that he does not feel jealous.
This is the reason why netizens tagged him as a professor and he is known for his “anti-silos” class. David had a funny answer to this. His is DLSU or the “David Licauco Seloso University.”
BarDa has a new TV series project. Just recently, the teaser of Maging Sino Ka Man was released. This made the fans of Barbie Forteza and David Licauco so excited. This is based on the 1991 film of the same title featuring Sharon Cuneta and Robin Padilla.
Based on the recent interview by PEP, Barbie was asked to react to the praise that she and David received from the Megastar. It was said that Sharon stated that Barbie and David would make their own mark in Maging Sino Ka Man.
With this, Barbie said, “Ay wow! Talaga ba? Naku, maraming-maraming salamat.” The actress added that she is so flattered and overwhelmed that the Megastar is aware that she and David will do a TV adaptation of the 90s popular movie.
“In return, I will just give my very best para hindi mapahiya siyempre di ba and to give justice to the remake ng iconic film na ginawa po nila,” the Kapuso star said.
When asked if she already met Sharon Cuneta, Barbie Forteza shared that she had a chance to meet the Megastar in the past and she was still so young back then.
