Robi Domingo renews his contract with ABS-CBN

Kapamilya host Robi Domingo was emotional during his contract signing with the executives of ABS-CBN, his home network for 15 years.

Robi is one of the Kapamilya stars who started a career in showbiz through the reality show Pinoy Big Brother (PBB). From being a housemate, years later, he had the chance to become of the hosts of the reality show.

Over the years, Robi hosted different shows already and he is now considered one of the most in-demand hosts of the Kapamilya network.

After a decade and a half, Robi Domingo continues to be part of ABS-CBN. Despite the fact that the Kapamilya network has no franchise, he still chose to renew his contract with his home network.

On X, the fan page AltStarMagic shared clips taken during the recent contract signing. VJ Ai dela Cruz was the one who hosted the event. When Robi was introduced, VJ Ai said that he has already hosted a lot of shows and events but now, he is the main event, the star.

It can be seen in the video that Robi was so emotional. After he signed the contract, he gave his heartfelt speech. He shared that he keeps on learning from the best of the best on and off the camera and he is very thankful for this.

“My heart is filled with gratitude,” he said and paused to contain his tears. “I have regarded this place [ABS-CBN] to be my home and will continue to be my home with you guys… I’m with family,” Robi Domingo said emotionally. He added that he will continue to say that he will forever be a Kapamilya.
