Suzette Doctolero shared this post about the claim made by Tito Sotto
Veteran TV host Tito Sotto said in previous statements that the children of Romy Jalosjos, the major owner of TAPE Inc., just entered the scenario early this year.
Tito has become the spokesperson of the original Eat Bulaga Dabarkads. In interviews, he shared that for the longest time, they have been working side-by-side with former TAPE Inc. CEO and President Tony Tuviera who also owns 30 percent of the production company.
The former Senate President also said in interviews that they did not have contracts because their camp and Tuviera honor their words, and everything is just verbal between them.
In a recent Twitter post, Kapuso writer Suzette Doctolero shared a screenshot of a comment from Bored Productive and this debunked that the children of Romy Jalosjos just started being visible in the company early this year.
“February lang daw??? Eh 2019 pa itong post ni Bullet sa Board Meeting ng TAPE Inc at nariyan na sina Jon, Bullet, at Soraya,” the comment from Board Productive stated.
It also stated that Tito apparently, has no knowledge about this because he is just an employee. The screenshot also showed that Bullet posted a photo of the board meeting back in 2019.
“Bawal magsinungaling now kasi may mga resibo,” Suzette Doctolero wrote in the caption of her post.
In the comment section of the Kapuso writer’s post, netizens also slammed the former Senate President. “PATHOLOGICAL LIAR talaga,” Twitter fan page GMA ALT Play Ground commented.
When TVJ announced its decision to leave TAPE Inc., GMA released a statement saying that although this turn of events is saddening, the network had to honor its existing contract with the production company behind Eat Bulaga.
