People online make various reactions about the PAGCOR logo which is worth millions.
PAGCOR NEW LOGO – These are the mixed reactions of netizens regarding the Php 3 million worth of PAGCOR’s new logo.
Is this another rebranding gone wrong?
The new logo of PAGCOR looks like a logo of a famous noodle brand and also has a lot of similarities to the logo of a famous gasoline. These are just some of the comments of the netizens online.
Previously, the new logo of Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (PAGCOR) unveiled their new logo during their 40th Anniversary Celebration at the Grand Ballroom of the Manila Marriott Hotel in Pasay City. this event was graced by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, House Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez, and PAGCOR Chairman and CEO Alejandro Tengco.
PAGCOR looked back at its achievements in the past years since its creation. Tengco said that the new logo reflects a “long-standing commitment of being a guiding force that illuminates the way forward, drives transformation and development, and brings inspiration and motivation to the lives it touches”.
The logo is worth Php 3,035,714.28. And to some people online, the design is not worth of the price paid.

Design Brief:
- vintage feels
- microsoft word vibe
- filipino colorway
- use basic fonts
- logo shouldn’t mean anything

“Itong bago, kung hindi Petron, demonyo. Ilang Elementary School na ang may sulo, plus DepEd and NCCA.”
