In a heartwarming Facebook post, a netizen named Lando, a construction worker, shared a conversation he had with his co-worker while they were on a bus. The post carried a powerful message that resonated with many netizens.
According to Lando, he wakes up early every day to ensure he arrives at work on time. He recounted how their conversation made him realize several things.
“Maraming pumasok sa isip ko na hindi pala madali ang mamuhay lalo na’t hindi kapa stable financially kasi kahit anong hirap ng trabaho ay gagawin [mo], kahit na mabigat at malayo gagawin mo dahil ang tumatakbo nalang sa isip mo is yung kumita at may pangbili sa pangangailangan ng mahal mo sa buhay,” he expressed.
The construction worker further emphasized that even if you want to give up, you can’t because your family relies on you and you are their only hope. Lando also reflected on the resilience of individuals with disabilities who face life’s challenges head-on, realizing that if they can fight despite their physical limitations, he, being physically whole, should never give up.
The latter encouraged everyone to keep fighting and not lose faith because they are never abandoned by God. Lando concluded by sharing a powerful analogy: “’di tayo pababayaan ng Diyos. Kung ang ibon nga nakakakaen tayo pa kayang mga anak ng Diyos.”
