Police Authorities Arrest Man Accused of ‘Pamboboso’ & Disturbance in Pasig City

The police authorities have apprehended a man who was accused of ‘pamboboso’ and disturbance in Pasig City.

Authorities have apprehended a man who was being complained about by his neighbors for allegedly engaging in acts of harassment, disturbance, and lewd behavior in Pasig City. The suspect has been identified as Arturo Cordova Jr., also known as Turbo.

Cordova was arrested based on an arrest warrant issued in relation to the six counts of violating the Child Abuse Law filed against him by his neighbors. One of the victims, who requested to be identified as “Nene,” claimed to have witnessed the suspect engaging in lewd behavior.

“May kinukuha akong sampay sa gate namin, ngayon may sumitsit sa akin,” Nene said, revealing the disturbing actions she witnessed the suspect performing on himself.

Nene further alleged that the suspect has also been targeting her underage daughters and following them in the neighborhood.

“Lagi niyang sinisitsitan. Madalas niyang sabihan na hihintayin kita paglaki,” the concerned complainant added.

Another individual, identified as Issa (not her real name), claimed that the suspect has been targeting her child with a slingshot and repeatedly telling them to pass by him.

As a result of the suspect’s actions, Issa stated that her child’s education has been affected, leading to the child experiencing depression and anxiety and requiring medication.

Efforts are being made to obtain a statement from the suspect, who is currently in police custody, according to the report. Police officials have also instructed their personnel to monitor the area where the victims reside in order to ensure their safety.
