Luis Manzano Jokes About Original Hosts Of Eat Bulaga

LUIS MANZANO – Kapamilya actor-host Luis Manzano joked about the original hosts of ‘Eat Bulaga.’

The 44-year-old television show Eat Bulaga is currently experiencing a lot of problems. The program’s three pillars, Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon, declared their departure from Television and Production Exponent (TAPE) Inc. on May 31.

Tito was the first host of Eat Bulaga to speak out against the issues with TAPE Inc. and the program. Bullet Jalosjos, the chief financial officer of TAPE, was interviewed on Fast Talk before the former Senate president talk about it publicly.

Tito Sotto left TAPE along with fellow hosts Vic and Joey and other hosts of the show. Following the mass resignation, TAPE resumed the show on June 5 with a new cast of hosts, including Paolo Contis, Betong Sumaya, Buboy Villar, Legaspi Twins, and Alexa Miro.

Eat Bulaga hosts TVJ and others have transferred to the Kapatid network. In a recent announcement, TV5’s MediaQuest Holdings Inc. said that TVJ and the Dabarkads had an agreement to create programming for TV5 and other MediaQuest channels.

Just recently, the joke that Luis Manzano made regarding the “fourth” original host of “Eat Bulaga” went viral on social media. He made light of the fact that viewers mistakenly believe that “Eat Bulaga”‘s initial hosts were simply Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey De Leon, when in fact there was a “fourth original host” that viewers were unable to see.

The host said that the people were unaware that the fourth host’s name was mentioned in the “Eat Bulaga” theme song. He was referring to Hollywood actor and WWE superstar John Cena, whose catchphrase in professional wrestling is “You can’t see me!”
