Police Authorities Found Lost Girl in Love!
LOST GIRL – A recent Facebook post by the police in Alamada, North Cotabato has left netizens in stitches, as it humorously reported the discovery of a missing 18-year-old girl. According to the report, the girl was found in the company of her boyfriend.
The caption on the post by “Cppo Alamada Mps” read, “Nawawalang dalaga natagpuang Nagmamahal” Netizens couldn’t help but chuckle at the clever wordplay and playful tone used by the police in their update.
It was on May 22, 2023, when the girl’s parents approached the police station to report her as missing. However, within a day, the police had already located her.
During questioning at the precinct, the girl revealed that she had willingly gone with her boyfriend. As no charges were filed against the young man, and the girl’s parents apparently approved of their relationship, the police decided not to pursue any legal action.
One of the police officers, identified as “Bernard Abarquez,” explained in the comment section of one of the photos posted on the police department’s Facebook page, “Wag po kayo mag-alala may consent po kay Ma’am at Sir yong post at the same time hindi po tutol ang tatay sa relasyon. Kaya wag na po tayong bitter. Nagmamahalan po sila,”
