Barbie Imperial Reacts To Dismissal Of Charges Filed By Debbie Garcia

The fiscal office junked three cases filed by Debbie Garcia against Barbie Imperial and the latter actress has this reaction.

BARBIE IMPERIAL – Kapamilya actress Barbie Imperial has this reaction to the fiscal’s decision dismissing cases against her.

The bar fight between Vivamax actress Debbie Garcia and Kapamilya actress Barbie Imperial went viral online. CCTV recordings have circulated showing what happened but the reason why it transpired has not been clarified.

Following this, based on a previous article, Garcia filed three cases against Imperial. These charges were slight physical injury, grave oral defamation, at grave slander by deed.

In a new video of Ogie Diaz, he shared a photo of a document showing the decision made by the fiscal regarding these charges. Accordingly, it was junked due to a lack of evidence.

The resolution stated:

“WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the undersigned finds that the charges against the Respondent Barbie Imperial y Concina, alias “Barbie Imperial” for Slight Physical Injuries under paragraph 1, Article 266 of the Revised Penal Code, Grave Oral Defamation under Article 358 of the Revised Penal Code and Grave Slander by Deed be DISMISSED due to INSUFFICIENCY OF EVIDENCE.”

And recently, she granted an interview regarding the decision and expressed that she was happy about it. As much as possible, she doesn’t want to talk or have an interview or anything that is regarding this matter but with the resolution released, it gave her relief as she did not do what she was accused of.

“Of course, magaan siya for me kasi knowing na hindi ko yun ginawa sa isang tao, tapos lumabas yung balita, parang siyempre hindi na ako proud na ganun yung nangyari,” she said based on PEP’s report.

Meanwhile, the camp of Garcia recently revealed that they have not received the resolution yet. They cannot confirm if it’s true or not but if that was the decision, they will be doing further steps such as “filing the necessary pleading before the Office of the City Prosecutor of Quezon City”.
