Debbie Garcia shared her side of the story
Vivamax actress Debbie Garcia narrated what happened between her and Kapamilya actress Barbie Imperial in a bar in Quezon City.
Debbie and Barbie shocked the online community when their video surfaced online. It can be seen in the video that Barbie hit Debbie and the latter went to the police station after that to file a blotter report.
Rumor has it that it was a case of “selos.” Allegedly, Barbie got jealous because Debbie is dating Diego Loyzaga now. However, in an interview, the Vivamax actress denied that there is something romantic between her and the actor who is Barbie’s ex-boyfriend.
Allegations also surfaced that Debbie Garcia provoked Barbie Imperial and so the latter was prompted to hit the former. Based on the article in Bandera, the Vivamax actress denied the allegations against her.
Debbie stressed that she did not provoke Barbie. “Never po. Wala po akong any intention na ganoon kasi lahat po ng mga kaibigan ko nandoon. Ang saya saya po namin noong night na ‘yun. Lahat nga po masaya kasi wala nang tensyon, and nasa iisang table kami. So wala talaga. We didn’t expect it,” the Vivamax actress said.
Debbie also said that she approached Barbie to say hi to her and to have “beso-beso.” When she was about to leave the bar, Debbie decided to say bye to everyone because everyone there was her friend as well, and she intended to do the same with Barbie.
“So ‘yung intention ko is really good. Walang anything po. So nagulat rin po ako na ganoon po ang reaction niya,” Debbie Garcia said.
The Vivamax actress said that with all the speculations that surfaced after the incident, it is a good thing that she was able to have “medicolegal” and she was able to file a blotter report.
