BARBIE IMPERIAL – Showbiz reporter Ogie Diaz reveals what happened to the charges filed by Debbie Garcia against Barbie Imperial.
Vivamax actress Debbie Garcia and Kapamilya actress Barbie Imperial’s altercation recorded on CCTV emerged online. The two female artists became controversial and the said altercation led to the filing of charges.
In a previous article, Garcia filed slight physical injury, grave oral defamation, at grave slander by deed cases against Imperial. She indicated that the decision is fueled by her desire to stand up for herself.
To recall, the altercation happened at a bar in Quezon City. Speaking about this in a previous interview, Imperial expressed that she finally moved on from it.
Now, what happened to the filed cases?
In a new video from Ogie Diaz, he shared that the cases were junked. Diaz expressed, “Ang naturang kaso ay ibinasura ng korte.”
He then shared a photo of the document that serves as proof of his claims. The last part of the document stated that it was seen in the CCTV footage that they were immediately pulled away from each other and “nothing ensued thereafter”.
There was also no recording that showed the respondent grabbing and pulling the hair of the complainant, scratching her chest, and kicking her leg. Thus, the charges were dismissed due to insufficiency of evidence.

Meanwhile, many people online believed that what transpired between them was due to Barbie’s ex-boyfriend Diego Loyzaga.
