Here’s the poem he made for the Manila Central Post Office:

Paalam, mamang kartero
Di na lumiliham ang mga tao
Di na hilig mangolekta ng selyo
Kay bilis na ng takbo ng mundo

Di ka na maglalakad at magbabahay-bahay
Para hanapin ang numero, kalye at barangay
Para ihatid sa nakapangalan

Ang sobreng may laman
Na papel na may sulat- kamay
Ng isang taong naglakbay
At nagkukwento lamang
Ng kanyang buhay

Wireless fidelity, internet access na
Basta may smartphone at computer ka
Email, messenger, viber, video, camera
Online delivery at social media

Makabago na ang teknolohiya
Makinado na ang planeta
Kaya paalam, mamang kartero
Maraming salamat sa serbisyo
