ANNE CURTIS – Vhong Navarro and Jhon Hilario mark the 30th anniversary of Streetboys and Anne Curtis has this funny “hirit”.
Streetboys is an all-male dance group back in the 90s. This group is iconic and known for their acrobatic dance moves. This group was discovered by renowned film and television director Chito Roño.
Along with Universal Motion Dancers (UMD) and the Manoeuvres, these groups would always leave girls screaming. And during this time, dance groups were a cool thing.
Among the original members of Streetboys are Spencer Reyes, Maynard Marcellano, Vhong Navarro, Joey Andres, Chris Cruz, Michael Sesmundo, Joseph de Leon, Nicko Manalo, and Jhong Hilario.
Apparently, through the years, new ones came in to continue the legacy of the group.
And this year, the group is celebrating their 30th anniversary. On Instagram, Vhong and Jhong marked this milestone. As much as we all know, these two maintained a good careers as actors and hosts. They remained visible.
Vhong, in his post, wrote, “Happy 30th Anniversary Streetboys! Brothers for life! Love u all!
👐🏻👐🏻👐🏻 Walang sawang pagpapasalamat sa inyo Boss Chito 🙏🏻 We love you! ❤️”
Jhong, on the other hand, expressed, “Happy 30th Anniversary my Brothers!!! Keep flying! Love and Peace! 💜”
In the comment section of Jhong’s post, Anne Curtis, a close friend of theirs, left a funny “hirit” that caught the attention of many people.
Anne said, “Grabe ung 30 years. Buong life ko na un! Dapat pala nagp-po ako sa inyo.”
The actress is now 38 years old and she started as a child star in the industry.
The three of them are the regular hosts of the Kapamilya noontime show “Its Showtime” and they are very close to each other.
“Lick it,” “Friends,” “The Sign,” “MMMbop,” “Arikingking king,” “Macarena,” “Ragamuffin girl,” “Feel Like Dance,” “Beautiful Life,” “Ecstacy Extano,” and “On Ne S’Aimera Plus Jamais,” were some of their popularized dance hits.
