Mestiza Filipina actress, model, and singer Sue Anna Garina Dodd is also known by her stage name Sue Ramirez. On the ABS-CBN version of the television serial Mula Sa Puso, she played a supporting cast member in her first significant role.

The Broken Marriage Vow, in which she costarred alongside Zanjoe Marudo, is another of her most well-known roles. She’s now one of the top leading ladies in the Kapamilya network.

Sue Ramirez has since been given another significant project, this time playing the series’ leading female character in The Iron Heart. Ogie Diaz’s Showbiz Update co-host Mama Loi had the opportunity to speak with Sue during a recent media launch.

How does it feel to play Richard Gutierrez’s leading lady, the question posed to the actress. “Nakakaloka talaga!” She exclaimed joyfully, “Hindi ko inii-expect sa buong buhay ko.” The actress also revealed that before, she had only been watching Richard’s movies; now, she is collaborating with him on a television series.

“I’m really grateful,” she continued. Sue said that Richard is a real gentleman and a sweetheart on the set. The actress added that his leading man puts a lot of effort into the series and that this is something that people should be on the lookout for. “Kaya sana po suportahan at panoorin niyong lahat ang Iron Heart,” said Sue.
