How Bongbong Marcos Spent The Holy Week Break

BONGBONG MARCOS – President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. revealed how he spent his Holy Week Break.

In celebration of Maundy Thursday and Good Friday, the Malacaang Palace declared April 6 and 7 as regular holidays. To allow government workers enough time to get ready for the observance of Holy Week, Malacañang stated that it would establish a half-day work schedule on Wednesday, April 5.

It has been the government’s goal, according to Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., to “make sure that everybody’s comfortable and that they can get to where they want as quickly as possible” during this year’s Holy Week observance.

During the event, Bongbong Marcos was asked how he spent the Holy Week break. Based on a report from Inquirer, the politician said he went into a retreat, which was typical for him, and to have “fasted” beginning on Good Friday.

“Very good! Very quiet. I did my usual routine, where I went into retreat. For the weekend, starting on Friday, I fasted…”

“It was a good time to take a breath, take a step back, take long walks, and think very hard about what it is that we have to do,” BBM added.
