Security Guard Accused of Harassing 3 Step-daughters in Pasig City Arrested
Police authorities arrested a security guard for allegedly harassing three (3) step-daughters in Pasig City.
The Special Mayor Response Team (SMaRT) of the Manila Police District (MPD) apprehended a security guard while he was on duty after he was suspected of s3xually abusing his three stepchildren. Mardy Sanchez, 43, of Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, was identified as the suspect.
The man was apprehended at his workplace in Makati City using an arrest order. According to P/Major Edward Samonte, chief of DID-SMaRT, his men served the arrest warrant issued by Hon.Carmencita V.P. Lacandazo – Logan, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court Branch 12, Pasig City, against Sanchez in connection with the case of four counts of s3xual abuse under Republic Act 7610, Sec. 5 (b) (4 Counts).
According to the court record, the suspect is accused of routinely harassing and abusing his partner’s three female children. After MPD-SMaRT operatives delivered his arrest warrant without bail, the security guard suspect was added to the district’s “most wanted person” list, based on the report.
“The Game Changer General” MPD Chief Andre P. Dizon expressed his gratitude to the SMaRT operation, which was carried out in accordance with the “Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operations (SACLEO)” and “Oplan Saliksik at Pagtungis” programs. Due to the three counts of r6pe, the suspect was not allowed to post bail for his temporary release by the court.
