PAGASA Releases Latest Weather Update for Tuesday (March 7, 2023)
The state weather bureau PAGASA reported that the shear line, northeast monsoon and localized thunderstorms will bring rains over some parts of the country.
On Tuesday (March 7, 2023), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather update in the country. The shear line, amihan and localized thunderstorms will affect the country’s weather condition.
PAGASA reported that the Northeast Monsoon will be affecting Luzon. The shear line will bring cloudy weather condition with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Oriental.

The northeast monsoon will bring cloudy skies with light rains over Occidental Mindoro, Quezon and Bicol Region.
The localized thunderstorms will bring similar weather condition over Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, rest of Visayas and Mindanao.
Amihan will bring the same weather condition over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.

The weather agency has warned the public for possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains and severe thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will be moderate to rough, according to the weather bureau.
Pagasa weather specialist Grace Castañeda said the cool temperature in Metro Manila and Baguio would continue on until Friday.
“Dito sa Metro Manila, maging sa Baguio City bukas ng Miyerkules hanggang sa Biyernes, ay patuloy tayo makakaranas ng bahagyang maulap hanggang maulap na kalangitan at medyo malamig na panahon pa din ang mararanasan lalong-lalo na sa madaling araw,” Castañeda said.
