Dani Barretto Regrets Posting Video of Alex Gonzaga w/ Went Viral
DANI BARRETTO – The celebrity vlogger who was an uploader of the controversial video of Alex Gonzaga broke her silence.
A few days ago, Alex Gonzaga went viral on social media after a video clip taken during her birthday salubong sparked reactions from netizens. In the said viral video, the actress-TV host was shown tapping the top of her birthday cake and smearing some icing on the forehead of the waiter who was holding the dessert.
While some netizens believe that Alex had no negative intentions about it and it was just for fun during the party, the video earned the actress criticisms. She was called “bastos” or ill-mannered by a lot of people. Previous reports about her alleged bad attitude also resurfaced.
Alex Gonzaga apologized to the waiter who was identified as “Kuya Allan”. Her husband, Lipa Councilor Mikee Morada, also admitted the fault of his wife but assured the public that the actress knows she’s wrong and she has apologized for what she did. He also assured her of his support.
Celebrity vlogger Dani Barretto who was an uploader of the controversial cake video of Alex Gonzaga recently broke her silence on the issue. She has immediately taken down the video clip which she posted on her Instagram Story but many people were able to take a copy of it and it circulated fast on different platforms.
Based on ABS-CBN News, in an interview, Dani admitted that she regretted posting the said video clip. She expressed that she has regrets because she has hurt a person on her birthday. She stressed that it was not her intention and it was the heaviest on her part that she sparked something she did not want.
Based on the post, Dani Barretto stressed that the Barretto and Gonzagas love each other. She also revealed that she reached out to Alex Gonzaga first regarding the issue and she did not speak further about it as she does not want to make it bigger.
