Alex Gonzaga became controversial after the video uploaded by Dani Barretto went viral.
DANI BARRETTO – Ogie Diaz said that Dani Barretto was deeply affected when the cake-smearing video went highly controversial.
The original uploader of the video of Alex Gonzaga smearing icing on a waiter’s face in front of her celebrity friends is Dani Barretto. She was present at the event but such a gesture from the vlogger caught the attention of many people and the netizens did not let it pass.
They noted how rude of her to do it – to make her celebrity friends happy at the expense of other people. In a previous article, Alex’s husband admitted that his wife was really at fault and that there was no excuse to justify her actions. However, his concern was the rude and hurtful words they are throwing at his wife. He also did not like how others brought up her miscarriage just to prove a point.
In an official statement, Alex expressed her apology to Kuya. Prior to this, she went to him to personally apologize. She learned the lesson the hard way and vowed to rise from it as a better person.
And since Barretto was the original uploader, Ogie Diaz revealed something. Accordingly, Barretto felt bad and cried hard because of it. After the video gained too much attention, she took it down from her account immediately but netizens were quick to grab a record of it.
According to Diaz, his source revealed that Dani’s husband was invited to the event and she was tagged along. She had fun that she uploaded the video she took but deleted it afterward.
Dani hasn’t issued any statement yet about the matter but she felt bad. She was crying because of the turnout of her simple video.
Diaz said, “Inokray nang inokray na napakasagrado na sana nung birthday na sana walang nagco-cover dahil nagwawala ‘yung mga bisita. Dahil doon lang sila nakakakilos ng walang camera lahat magkaka-close.”
