‘Paos’ Teacher Earns Praises for Her Dedication to Teach Students Despite Her Illness
A ‘paos’ teacher earns praises from the online community for discussing lessons to students despite her condition.
Teacher is a personnel working either in private or public schools to teach academic knowledge to students. They were tasked to help students to acquire knowledge, competence, or virtue in order to become a better person in the future.
Teachers also act as the second parents of the students on the school premises. They were expected to look out for and nurture the young students. Educators also help students to be responsible citizens.
The Facebook account Teacher Julius has shared the video footage of a lady teacher who continues to discuss her lessons although she already lost her voice. The video touched the hearts of internet users.
In the video, the lady teacher identified as Gwyneth Matibag of Muntinlupa National High School continues to teach although she could only speak in a hoarse manner. She did not mind her condition for the sake of her students.
Ma’am Gwyneth is already using a microphone after losing her voice. The educator revealed that she is planning to file a sick leave during that day but she choose to report and teach her students for them not to be left behind.
“Once a teacher, always a teacher…pasensiya na kayo,” Matibag reiterated.
