Kapamilya actress Julia Barretto is among the most beautiful actresses in the industry. She is currently in a relationship with actor Gerald Anderson. When it comes to acting, her talent is undeniable. But did she ever consider joining a beauty pageant?
In an interview where she agreed to play “Ask Me Anything”, one of the questions she answered was about joining a beauty contest. With her wit and beauty, she will definitely stand a chance of winning a title.
Also, she will not the only celebrity who would partake in such competitions. Kapuso actress Megan Young, for example, was crowned Miss World 2013. She is the first Filipina to win the title of Miss World. There are beauty queens as well who turned into actresses like Kylie Verzosa.
Back to Julia, she was asked: “have you ever considered joining beauty pageants?”
“Nooo! I’m short,” she quipped. She added that she is not super short but she is certain that her height will not meet the competition’s height requirement.
“Not super short but parang hindi papasa yung height ko dun sa requirement eh. I’m happy acting,” she said.
In the same interview, the actress answered another question asking where she sees herself 10 years from now. By then, she would be 36 years old. And at this age, she is hopeful that she is married and has children.
