Rumor has it that Kris Aquino will be returning to the Philippines
A source close to actress-host Kris Aquino has this reaction to rumors that she is set to come back to the Philippines next year.
A few months ago, Kris leave the country with her sons Joshua and Bimby to seek medical help in the States. The actress has become inactive on social media during her treatment, aside from the seldom health updates she would share on Instagram.
Just recently, former entertainment editor Dindo Balares, one of Kris’s close friends, shared that the actress will transfer to Los Angeles and this means that she is getting better. She is in the stage of recovery.
Because of this, speculations surfaced that Kris Aquino will go back to the Philippines in January next year. However, based on the article by entertainment columnist Salve Asis in Pilipino Star Ngayon, there is no truth to this.
A source close to the actress-host debunked this rumor. “Wala naman siyang nababanggit, eh. Alam ko, hindi pa siya uuwi,” the source close to Kris said. Prior to this, rumors surfaced also that Joshua will be coming back but this did not happen also.
The source also shared that the actress-host is getting better now. “Ok si Kris. She’s getting better. Nag-gain na rin siya ng weight!,” Asis’s source revealed.
Meanwhile, many celebrities and fans have been expressing support for Kris amid her health battle. Among the celebrities who are praying for her recovery are Troy Montero and Aubrey Miles.
The celebrity shared in a previous interview, that Kris Aquino had an important role in their love story. Troy once guested on Kris’s show and she asked her about his relationship status. Since Troy said that he was single back then, Kris gave him Aubrey’s number and the rest is history.
