Customer Slams Fast-Food Chain Over Long Waiting Time Before he Received His Order

A customer has shared his frustrating experience at a popular fast-food chain, where he reportedly waited nearly an hour to receive his order. 

Recently, Gerald Ko, a Facebook user, posted about his visit to the restaurant and expressed disappointment over what he described as a poorly organized system. The post quickly gained attention on social media and elicited comments online. 

According to Gerald, the restaurant’s modern touch-screen ordering system appeared efficient at first, but the situation inside told a different story. He claimed that he waited around 50 minutes before receiving his food, despite placing his order through the automated system.

Based on his observations, one of the main causes of the delay appeared to be the preparation of McSpaghetti orders, which he believed was slowing down the release of meals for other customers. 

Ko also noticed unfinished orders piling up while some stations inside the restaurant became overwhelmed with pending items. 

The customer further pointed out that despite the presence of advanced technology, the overall flow of operations seemed disorganized. He felt that the ordering system alone could not solve issues related to kitchen coordination and order fulfillment.
