The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro+ was officially announced on October 27, 2022. The 5G-ready smartphone is offered in four colors – Black, Blue, White, and Trend edition. It is powered by a 5000 mAh Li-Po battery (non-removable) + fast charging 120W + USB Power Delivery 3.0.
Body & Display:
The smartphone is built with a glass front, glass back, and an aluminum frame. It measures 162.9 x 76 x 9 mm and weighs 208.4 grams. It comes with a screen size of 6.67 inches OLED capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, and a 20:9 aspect ratio.
Platform:
Redmi Note 12 Pro+ is powered by Mediatek Dimensity 1080 (6 nm) Octa-core processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is Mali-G68 MC4. It runs on the Android 12 + MIUI 13 operating system. It is packed with 8 GB and 12 GB RAM options while the internal storage has 256 GB.
Main Camera:
The rear camera of the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ consists of a 200-megapixel (wide) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (macro). It features dual-LED dual-tone flash, HDR, and panorama.
Selfie Camera:
For clicking selfies and self-shooting videos, there is a single camera on the front that features a 16-megapixel (wide) camera. It also features HDR.
The device’s sensors include fingerprint (under display, optical), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass. It features GPS, GLONASS, BDS, GALILEO, QZSS, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6, hotspot, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, Infrared port, USB Type-C 2.0, and USB OTG.
