BRETMAN ROCK – Social media star Bretman Rock shared a video of himself working out when he suddenly hit his sensitive area with a barbell.

Beauty influencer and social media personality Bretman Rock was born on the 31^st of July 1998 in the Philippines. He was raised in Hawaii and became a citizen of the United States through naturalization.

Bretman Rock has always been a fitspiration to lots of netizens. He shares some of his workout videos on his IG account. On Sunday, Bretman uploaded a video of himself lifting weights when he suddenly hit his genitals with a barbell.

The 24-year-old celebrity immediately put down the barbell on the floor and moan in pain. Of course, like the bad a*s that he is, he managed to get back on track and successfully carry the equipment.

“I always forget I got one those. but I still got it up doe,” he wrote.
