Netizen Expresses Disappointment on Hassle Transaction at LTO Bocaue

LTO OFFICE – A certain netizen has expressed its disappointment regarding the hassle transaction at LTO Bocaue.

The Land Transportation Office is an agency of the Philippine government under the Department of Transportation responsible for all land transportation in the Philippines. The agency is also tasked to issue a driver’s license and register vehicles.

The Facebook page VISOR has shared the video footage of a hassle transaction at the LTO office in Bocaue, Bulacan. The video immediately spread like a wildfire online and elicits comments from the netizens.

In the video, it can be seen that an LTO staff is making an explanation to the clients who were trying to process their transactions. However, the staff explained that the agency could not accommodate everyone.

The LTO employee calmly explained the agency’s policy regarding the limit. He doesn’t want to get scolded for violating the rules and regulations. Clients who will not be accommodated during that day can come back on the next day.

The clients who have been waiting patiently expressed their disappointment regarding the 12 transactions per day policy. Some of them even waited for a long period of time just to get a slot for the transaction.

“Sobrang hassle yung policy ng LTO na 12 transactions per day sa registration. Walang sistema. Pinapabalik-balik ang mga tao. Kailangan po ba namin pumila nang magdamag para mapasama sa 12 slots sa araw na yun? Sa LTO Bocaue po ito.”
