Zsa Zsa Padilla & Dolphy’s Daughter Zia Quizon To Tie The Knot With Longtime Boyfriend Aleksa
ZIA QUIZON – Zsa Zsa Padilla and Dolphy Quizon’s daughter Zia Quizon is set to get married to her longtime boyfriend Aleksa.
Singer-songwriter Zia Quizon is known for her hit OPM song “Ako Na Lang.” She is the daughter of Divine Diva Zsa Zsa Padilla and her late husband “King of Comedy” Dolphy Quizon. Dolphy died due to obstructive pulmonary disease in 2012 at the age of 83.
This July 10, Sunday is the 10th death anniversary of Dolphy. The singer dedicated a poem to her dad for his death anniversary, which appears to be hinting about her tying the knot.
Zia Quizon paid tribute to her late father by showing a throwback pic of them from one of their performances together, through her IG account today, July 10.
“Dear Papa, How I miss you/ How I wish that you were here/ To walk me down the aisle, and smile, and maybe shed a tear./ I knew this day was coming/ And I knew that you’d be gone/ But still I hear you humming, /Strumming to a joyful song…”
“No, it isn’t how I planned it/ But he’s all I hoped he’d be/ There is family that’s chosen/ And I chose what’s best for me./ Maybe somewhere you are watching/ Over on some distant star/ And I’m sorry you won’t be here/ But the truth is that you are,” Zia added.

Aside from their photo together, the 30-year-old singer also included a photo of 2 rings and a necklace, while the names “aleksa + zia” is penned on a circular object next to the rings. Zia’s fellow celebs Sitti Keiko Cubil, and Iza Calzado congratulated her, while her mom Zsa Zsa praised her for her poem.
PEP columnist Noel Ferrer said Zsa Zsa will fly later tonight for the wedding of her daughter in Serbia. He stressed Zia is set to marry her longtime boyfriend Aleksa.
