Moi Bien has an unforgettable experience with Pilar Pilapil
Actress Moi Bien shared that she experienced a painful “sampal” from veteran actress Pilar Pilapil and it was just during a rehearsal.
Moi was able to pave her way as an actress in the Philippine entertainment industry. She is known as the personal assistant of A-list actor Piolo Pascual. Through different acting projects, Moi was able to establish her name in the industry.
In her recent guesting on Kapuso talk show Mars Pa More, based on the article in Bandera, Moi Bien was so honest in sharing her experience working with Pilar Pilapil in the segment Nakakalokang Celebrity Encounter.
She did a scene with the veteran actress in which the latter would slap her. They rehearsed the scene before the actual take but Moi already felt the pain from the slap.
“Sinampal na n’ya ako rehearsal pa lang at ang sakit ng kamay n’ya, ’yong totoo ha, ’yong hindi eme-eme. Talagang namula ’yong (pisngi) ko,” the actress shared. Because of the painful slap, Moi asked the veteran actress why she gave her the actual slap when it was just a rehearsal.
“Alam mo, tita, ang sakit. Natanggal ang mga ngipin ko,” she jokingly said to Pilar. Then Moi shared what was the answer of the veteran actress, “Alam mo kung anong sinabi? ‘Okey lang ’yan. Marami ka pa namang ngipin.’Bastos, e, ’no? Hahaha!” Moi said and laughed.
Mars Pa More host Camille Prats, as an actress since her younger age, said that there are really times that this kind of situation happens because you can’t anticipate what your co-actors are thinking. “Pero ikaw, Mars, how did you take it?” Camille asked Moi.
With that question of the talk show host, Moi Bien quipped, “Tita, wala pang take. Kumalma ka naman.’ Kasi ang sakit ng kamay n’ya kasi ilang beses na n’ya akong sinampal. Hindi s’ya ’yong fake, ha. Totoo. Pulang-pula ’yong dito ko.” Then, she pointed at her cheek.
