Diego Loyzaga was asked about his love life
Kapamilya actor Diego Loyzaga has spoken about his rumored girlfriend former Pinoy Big Brother housemate Franki Russell.
The rumors linking Diego and Franki when the latter shared sweet photos with the actor. However, she later on deleted her post.
Although the photos are no longer visible on her social media account, the female celebrity had a striking birthday greeting to the actor. “Happy birthday @ diegoloyzaga. You have the biggest heart and everyone around you is so lucky to have someone like you in their life,” she wrote.
Days after speculations about the real score between Diego Loyzaga and Franki Russell started to circulate, Inquirer entertainment columnist Dolly Anne Carvajal directly asked the actor about this.
Diego said, “Franki and I are not a thing. I just want to be single for now.” When the columnist jokingly told him that “being single gives us
a nice sense of irresponsibility,” the actor answered in jest that he is responsible for himself.
Prior to being linked to Franki, Diego had a highly publicized breakup with actress Barbie Imperial. Their fans thought that they are trying to get back together because they were spotted together right after the actor’s return to the Philippines from his U.S. vacation.
In past interviews, the couple also appeared to have showed that they were still communicating with each other. They even had funny banters on social media.
However, during the election season, Barbie was spotted with Atty. Miko Clavano of Bisaya Gyud Partylist. Speculations surfaced that they are dating. As of this writing, the actress has not spoken anything yet about the rumors linking her to the congressman.
In April, Barbie Imperial revealed that she decided to stop communicating with Diego Loyzaga.
